The Celtics’ Jayson Tatum is the most recent player to introduce his trademark shoe. During the first half of the NBA basketball All-Star game on Sunday, February 19, 2023, in Salt Lake City, Utah, Tatum donned his iconic shoes. His team, Team Giannis, won the game, and Tatum was named the MVP with an all-time high of 55 points. Team LeBron was defeated 184–175 by Team Giannis. -HB | Hollywood Beat magazine

For the first time ever, Jayson Tatum got to debut his first signature sneaker, the JT1s, on a star-studded stage at Vivint Arena in Utah. Tatum and Jordan Brand unveiled the sneakers earlier Sunday, and Tatum wore the “Pink Lemonade” colorway in his first official game action with the shoes as part of Sunday’s All-Star game. Tatum’s signature shoe was much-anticipated for the 24-year-old over the past few months. The shoe got some criticism with some leaked images last month, though Tatum said those weren’t the “real pictures.” Tatum’s been with Jordan Brand since 2019 as the young star earned his first shoe.
