We may experience anxiety and fear due to issues with our health, finances, family members, and other such things. Because He is our source of comfort and peace and because He has the power and desire to guide us into His perfect rest, God instructs us not to worry or be afraid.
The things or problems in life that keep you up at night or seek to keep you up at night have a simple solution.
Give it to God!
Why?
He is bigger than the problem, and He is never too busy to help you.
How to Give It to God
Take your concerns to God in prayer before you go to bed. No begging. Just share what’s on your heart and ask God for help. Then, give thanks to Him for answering your prayer, helping you, and being your source of comfort and peace. Expect a sweet night’s sleep.
Put Your Faith in the Word of God
When you lie down, you will not be afraid;
when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet. Proverbs 3:24 NIV
Give it to God and go to sleep!
