GIVING BACK

With the Caesars Foundation, the firm’s corporate giving platform, dozens of local and national non-profit groups received a $3.1 million grant from Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: CZR), the largest casino-entertainment company in the United States. A new partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation, which is closely aligned with the Company’s pursuit of environmental sustainability through tree planting in forests and neighborhoods with the greatest need, and continued support for organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of America are among the highlights of this year’s grant.

$827,110 Given Directly to Support The Boys & Girls Clubs of America

The Company is commemorating a $1 million commitment to Boys & Girls Clubs of America through its Caesars Makes Change program in addition to the Foundation award. Of this amount, $827,110 directly supports the national program, with the remaining portion going to local clubs. The Caesars Makes Change initiative gives casino patrons the choice to donate a portion of their cash prize to a charitable organization when they redeem their slot tickets. It is currently accessible in more than 40 locations throughout the Company’s gaming portfolio. May 2022 marked the program’s official launch.

Caesars Entertainment’s President & COO, Anthony Carano, praised the Caesars Makes Change program for its ability to provide Foundation grants to Boys & Girls Clubs of America and additional funds raised by patrons, demonstrating the company’s commitment to supporting local organizations.
