In a memorable night, Shohei Ohtani shone with three home runs and 10 strikeouts in six perfect innings, helping the Dodgers win 5–1 and sweep the Brewers in the NLCS.

World Series Bound Again

The Dodgers are going to the World Series again — the first team in 16 years to make it as defending champions. Get ready, L.A. — they’re aiming for back-to-back titles.

Game Recap

Shohei Ohtani stood out: he went 3-for-4 with three home runs and struck out 10 in six scoreless innings, allowing just 2 hits.
The Dodgers took an early lead. Ohtani hit a homer in the 1st inning, followed by timely hits from Tommy Edman and Mookie Betts, making it 3–0 at the end of the inning.
Milwaukee got on the board in the 8th with a run, but it was too little, too late. The final: 5–1.
In the bullpen, Roki Sasaki closed it out.
Ohtani was named NLCS MVP for his dual dominance (hitting + pitching) in the clincher.
