Top Chef helped to reshape the way people think about food

The hosts of Top Chef on Bravo, Padma Lakshmi, Gail Simmons, and Tom Colicchio, are well-known to viewers. Together over the years, the three have hosted and judged the show’s participants, and now it’s all coming to an end.

Lakshmi is a New York Times bestselling author, television personality, producer, and culinary authority.

She serves as the show’s host and executive producer. “Top Chef,” a 42-nominated Bravo program that won an Emmy, has three nominations for Outstanding Host for a Reality-Competition Program.

Lakshmi revealed earlier today that she will be leaving Top Chef after 20 seasons.
She claims that she has decided to leave Top Chef after seventeen years and a lot of introspection. Her twitter account was used to make the announcement.
