A collaboration between Fender and the multi-talented Juanes took place recently. Fender introduced the Juanes Stratocaster® guitar which was perfectly timed for Juanes’ birthday on August 9.
As a tribute to his firstborn daughter, Luna, Juanes‘ first signature honor has a custom “Luna White” satin finish and becomes Fender’s first 360 artist signature campaign to only feature a Latin music artist.

Started Playing the Guitar When He Was Little
Born in Medellin, Colombian, Juanes started playing the guitar at the young age of seven. He began a solo career after honing his guitar skills and developing his own style that blended elements of the rock world with his Colombian roots. In 2000, he released his debut studio album, Fjate Bien, which earned him a field-leading seven Latin Grammy nominations and three Latin Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist.
Giving Back
Juanes, who is regarded as a pioneer in Latin music and a supporter of social change, will give back by designating all artist revenues to his charity, Mi Sangre, which uplifts younger generations and promotes a culture of peace in Colombia and beyond.
