HGTV opened the doors to the HGTV Dream Home 2024 on Anastasia Island, Florida, with a prize package valued at over $2.2 million, including a fully furnished home, Mercedes-Benz E Class Sedan, and $100,000.
Anastasia Island
Anastasia Island, off Florida’s northeast Atlantic coast, is connected to St. Augustine via the Bridge of Lions. The 14-mile island offers charming cobblestone streets, beaches, historical sites, and activities. Visitors can explore St. Augustine Lighthouse, Anastasia State Park, Matanzas Inlet, St. Augustine Amphitheatre, and enjoy water sports, scenic boat rides, and scenic views.

Michael Stauffer designed the home, which was built by Glenn Layton Homes, and its interior design was done by Brian Patrick Flynn.

The HGTV 2024 Dream Home is a luxurious property featuring three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The 3,300 square-foot home features coastal elegance and modern touches, with stunning views of the Matanzas River and St. Augustine Lighthouse. The open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen are perfect for entertaining. The main bedroom offers a private retreat, while two guest suites and a loft provide cozy spaces. The spacious backyard features an outdoor kitchen, high-top bar, pool, and pergola.
