A new dining experience is coming to Paris Las Vegas! Chef Dominique Ansel, who has won the James Beard Award and is famous for inventing the Cronut®, is teaming up with Caesars Entertainment to open his second restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. It’s called Dominique Ansel Marché, and it will open on Friday, December 6, at noon. To celebrate the grand opening, the first 50 people who arrive will get a special gift as a thank you for being among the first to try Chef Dominique’s amazing dishes.
“I’m thrilled to have a new home at Paris Las Vegas with the launch of Dominique Ansel Marché,” said Chef Dominique Ansel. “In each of our shops, we always create something unique. With this new concept, we wanted to recreate the feeling of a Parisian marketplace – something that I remember fondly growing up, with fresh-made crêpes, slow-cooked rotisserie chicken with French fries or roasted potatoes, beautiful fruit tarts and croissants. It reminds me so much of home in France, right here at the heart of The Strip.”
A Tasty New Menu
At the Caesars Palace location, Dominique Ansel Marché has introduced a tasty new menu inspired by Parisian markets. This menu includes freshly made buckwheat crêpes, sandwiches, and flatbreads. One highlight is the Bretonne Complète Crêpe, which is a classic French dish filled with thin slices of Paris ham, aged Gruyère cheese, and a sunny-side-up egg. Plus, the shop features a beautiful rotisserie that serves a variety of slow-cooked meats, like roast chicken, roast beef, and crispy herbed porchetta. The Rotisserie Chicken is a special favorite of Chef Dominique, featuring herb-rubbed Amish chicken served with either French fries or roasted fingerling potatoes.

Popular Treats & Made-to-Order Sweet Crêpes
Just like the Dominique Ansel Las Vegas at Caesars Palace, Chef Dominique’s famous Cronut ® will be offered here as well, with a new flavor every month that won’t be repeated. To celebrate the opening of Dominique Ansel Marché, the Cronut ® flavor for December is inspired by its new Parisian location: Pain au Chocolat, which is filled with dark chocolate and croissant ganache. Popular treats like DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann), Chocolate Chip Cookie Shots, and freshly baked croissants and pastries will be available at the Paris spot. Guests can also enjoy a range of made-to-order sweet crêpes, such as Strawberries & Cream and Hazelnut Praliné, along with a selection of fresh fruit tarts that are specially made for Marché.
Ken Ostempowski, the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Paris Las Vegas, expressed excitement about having another award-winning chef join their culinary team. He highlighted that Dominique Ansel Marché is a lovely dining spot where visitors can easily enjoy a variety of pastries. In addition to sweet treats, the restaurant will also offer new savory dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it a versatile place for meals throughout the day.
Dining Concept Inspired by Sidewalk Markets in France
The dining concept is inspired by the sidewalk markets found in France, creating a unique atmosphere for guests. It features over 5,000 square feet of café-style seating and park benches, allowing people to relax and enjoy their meals. The menu includes both new and classic selections, catering to a variety of tastes. To enhance the dining experience, the space is decorated with greenery and trees, making it feel like a street in Paris. Additionally, flower stands and hanging awnings contribute to the lively market vibe, making it a pleasant place to eat.
