Legacy: This marks the comeback of the celebrated steakhouse originally at the Sahara (formerly SLS), famed for theatrical cuisine, live-fire grills, and signature indulgences like cotton-candy foie gras.
New Address: 3325 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 — located inside the Palazzo at The Venetian Resort.
Opening Date: Set to reopen on September 4, 2025, in a lavish 20,000-square-foot space designed by Studio Munge and KGA Architecture, seating 428 guests across multiple areas including private rooms, a lounge, and a terrace.
