The “Perfect Your Pizza” Competition 2025

Earlier this month, the Francis Ford Coppola Winery announced Emily Jenkins from Nixa, Missouri as the winner of the “Perfect Your Pizza” Competition.

Jenkins won against three regional finalists at a live cook-off with her “Fire & Pine Pizza,” which features pepperoni, stracciatella cheese, and a pine nut-chili crisp, paired with Coppola’s Diamond Collection Claret.

A choice between two grand prizes

As the top finalist among four competitors from hundreds of entries across the U.S., Jenkins could choose between two grand prizes: a private jet tour of famous pizzerias in New York City and Chicago or $25,000 cash.

Held at the Francis Ford Coppola Winery in Sonoma County, California, the annual “Perfect Your Pizza” Competition invites Americans to create original pizza recipes that pair with Coppola’s Diamond Collection wines.
