Buddy Valastro’s Buddy’s Boardwalk Empire: A Taste of Jersey at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City

Buddy Valastro, aka “Cake Boss,” marked the historic grand opening of Buddy’s Boardwalk Empire at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City with a ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier this month.

“As a Jersey native, I’m thrilled to bring the Boardwalk experience to Harrah’s Resort,” said Valastro. “At Buddy’s Boardwalk Empire, we’re serving up a slice of Jersey with every bite, perfectly complementing the vibrant spirit of Harrah’s. From our fresh mozzarella and pasta to our mouthwatering sandwiches and signature cakes, every dish creates an unforgettable dining experience for our guests in Atlantic City.”

A private meet-and-greet with Valastro and his family was offered to opening day attendees, who could also buy autographed mugs, aprons, and t-shirts. Savory bakery pizzas, fine sandwiches, and the well-known sweets from Carlo’s Bakery were also loved by the guests.

Buddy Valastro’s Restaurant Group unveiled the brand-new idea, which serves up a mouthwatering assortment of pizzas, inventive pasta dishes, and Valastro’s renowned cakes and pastries, straight from Carlo’s Bake Shop in New Jersey.
