Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
- Melt the butter in a medium-sized pan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until smooth and bubbly.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and reduce the heat to low giving the mixture time to thicken a bit.
- Next, stir in the cheese, cayenne pepper and salt, then whisk until well blended.
- Once you’ve added the cheese, stir gently until it is completely melted and the mixture becomes smooth.
- Now your nacho cheese sauce is ready to be served.
- Enjoy it right away or keep it warm in a medium sized crockpot.
