TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes

Loaded Nachos, featuring crispy tortilla chips smothered in ooey-gooey melted cheese, topped with zesty jalapeños, savory black beans, and tangy salsa.

Yield: Serves 6 | Difficulty: Easy

PREP TIME: 15 minutes +  COOK TIME: 10 minutes = TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Sour cream, for topping
  • Guacamole, for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Add taco seasoning and stir.
  3. Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Top with seasoned beef, black beans, and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Finish with tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, and guacamole.
