Ingredients:

• 2 lbs chicken wings
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp ground paprika
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup of your preferred brand of buffalo sauce
• Ranch dressing and celery sticks for serving

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Put a wire rack over a baking sheet. Set aside.
3. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. And add to a large bowl.
4. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Toss the wings with oil and sprinkle the seasonings over them until evenly coated.
6. Arrange on the wire racked baking sheet. Do not over crowd the wings.
7. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until the skin is crispy. Flip half way through.
8. Remove from the oven.
9. Place the cooked wings in a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until well coated.
10. For deeper flavor, place the wings back on the rack and broil for about 3 minutes to caramelize. Check to make sure they do not burn.
11. Serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
