50th Annual Gracie Awards: Celebrating Women in Media’s Achievements

The dates for the much awaited 50th Annual Gracie Awards have been announced by the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF), marking 50 years of celebrating and rewarding the achievements of women in the media.

Two Major Events

Two major activities will be part of the historic 2025 Gracie Awards celebration:

The renowned Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills will host the Gracies Gala on May 20, 2025.
Gracies Luncheon: June 18, 2025, at New York City’s esteemed Cipriani 42nd Street.

To mark this significant anniversary, AWMF is also introducing a completely redesigned logo for the 50th Gracie Awards, which captures the essence of resilience, creativity, and community.

The Gracies have been a beacon of recognition for the incredible talents and contributions of women in our industry. Next year’s celebration is not only a tribute to our past but also a spotlight on the bright future ahead. We are eager to honor the trailblazers who have paved the way and the rising stars who continue to shape the media landscape.”

Inaugurated in 1975

The Gracie Awards started in 1975 to honor notable programming produced by, for, and about women as well as individual accomplishments. The West Coast hosts the Gracies Gala, an evening event honoring national prizes, while the East Coast hosts the Gracies Luncheon, honoring local and student accolades.

Call for Entries

The Call for Entries for the 50th Gracie Awards will open in October 2024.
