A three-time Cy Young Award winner, NL MVP, and World Series champion, Kershaw will leave behind a legacy of dominance, leadership, and loyalty to Los Angeles.
His impact on the game—and the city—will be felt for generations.
He will make his last regular season start at Dodger Stadium when the Dodgers play the Giants on Friday, September 19, at 7:10 p.m.
His entire 18-year Major League career with the Dodgers
Drafted as the No. 7 pick in 2006, the 37-year-old Dallas native made his MLB debut on May 25, 2008, and has spent his entire 18-year Major League career with the Dodgers, tying legends Zack Wheat and Bill Russell for the most years in the franchise’s history.
