Hard Rock International is excited to introduce Unity by Hard Rock™, a loyalty program that offers rewards to members for their passion for Hard Rock’s diverse range of offerings across more than 200 locations worldwide. This program brings together the iconic brand’s hotels, casinos, cafes, and Rock Shops, and is commemorated by a captivating marketing campaign featuring renowned personalities such as Lionel Messi, Noah Kahan, John Legend, and Shakira.
The campaign, set against the backdrop of The Beatles’ timeless hit “Come Together,” launched on Tuesday, May 7, showcasing the unity and excitement that this loyalty program brings.

The Unity loyalty program by Hard Rock offers a range of benefits and services at participating locations. Members can earn and redeem Unity Points for free nights, dining experiences, merchandise, and more. Exclusive access to offers, promotions, and rewards, as well as discounts at participating properties, are also available to members.
Whether enjoying a stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, trying their luck at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, savoring a Messi Burger at the original Hard Rock Cafe in London, or shopping for exclusive merchandise online or in-store at a Rock Shop, members can earn Unity Points that can be used for qualifying purchases at participating restaurants, bars, hotels, lounges, and retail stores.

Hard Rock’s campaign includes 60- and 30-second spots that will appear in select local markets, on streaming, search, OLV, social and display digital channels and across Hard Rock locations globally.

TIERS: Unity by Hard Rock has four member tiers: Star (0-3,999 Tier Credits), Legend (4,000-14,999 Tier Credits), Icon (15,000+ Tier Credits) and X (invite only).
