Original Tommy’s Marks 80 Years with 80¢ Chili Cheeseburgers and Community Celebration

Original Tommy’s celebrates 80 years with a one-day offer and a full day of community events. On Friday, May 15 from noon to 8 PM, every Original Tommy’s location will serve its World-Famous Chili Cheeseburger for 80 cents. Limit three per customer.

Celebration at the Original Shack

The main event takes place at the original stand at Beverly and Rampart in downtown Los Angeles. Activities begin at 11 AM with the Belmont High School Marching Band. A live DJ and entertainment continue throughout the day.

The Koulax family will receive a formal Resolution honoring 80 years of business in California from Assembly member Mark Gonzalez. The company will also present checks to the Belmont High School Marching Band and InsideOUT Writers.

Cynthia Koulax, daughter of founder Tommy Koulax, will greet guests at the event.
